The Crew Cab lineup begins with the S trim, matching the King Cab's base features but adding four full-size doors. The Crew Cab SV adds the same wheel upgrades as its King Cab counterpart, while the SV Long Bed extends cargo capacity with its longer bed configuration. The Crew Cab PRO-X introduces 17-inch machined aluminum alloy wheels with all-terrain tires, plus LED headlamps, fog lights, and optional off-road step rails.

The Crew Cab SL and SL Long Bed focus on premium styling, with the long bed version offering extended cargo space.
